  • Marketing Trainee

    Job Purpose:
  • We are urgently seeking to recruit Marketing Trainees to perform the following duties;

    Duties & Responsibilities
  • Grow and retain existing clients.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with the client.
  • With the help of the Marketing Director, Plan, prepare and present persuasive approaches and pitches to potential clients.
  • Revenue generation in both insurance and service businesses.
  • Working on meeting the agreed sales targets once he/she learns and understands the industry and the market.
  • Share daily or weekly plans and strategies with the Marketing Director.
  • Ensure good customer care rapport with both the agents/broker and the vehicle owner (s).
  • Assist in debt collection.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Marketing Director.

    Qualifications
  • Recent graduate in Sales & Marketing or any Business related course.
  • Excellent communication skills, assertive and proactive enough.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
    Customer centric.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
