Job Vacancy: Marketing Manager

Tasks

Develop and execute a brand and marketing strategy to ensure a sustainable demand and coordinate communication strategy

Develop a strategic marketing plan and operate it into an annual marketing activity plans

Customize and implement marketing campaigns and new concepts,

Understand competitive landscape and analyse market intelligence and data for strategy formation

Define parameters regarding a brand adequate product and pricing strategy and positioning

Plan and manage market potential as well as the respective marketing budget

Ensure smooth transition to a digitally lead world, exploring new opportunities through online marketing

Manage customer relationship and experience throughout the whole customer lifecycle

Develop and lead related marketing and communication campaigns

Create and manage brand partnerships and sponsoring activities

Lead the marketing organization and communicate in committees internally and externally

Represent the company in front of a large group of employees, network dealers, media and customers

Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree

Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategy and/or Consulting, with at least 2 years marketing leadership experience

Passion for the product and brand

Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

International experience, excellent intercultural/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
