Do you have experience in Quality Assurance?

Our award-winning Ultrasound and Cardiology Diagnostic Service is seeking a Customer Service QA consultant to join our team.

As a part of our partnership with the NHS, we provide patient appointments nationwide in a community-based setting.

As a Customer Service QA consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service team is providing the highest level of service to our patients.

Responsibilities

Monitoring customer service interactions to identify areas for improvement

Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures

Training customer service team members on best practices

Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a customer service setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-

solving abilities

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary of R7500 per month, plus a shift allowance of R500.

Transport home for shifts ending from 6 pm SAST

Working hours during Daylight Savings are rotated between 9 am - 9 pm and 10 am - 10 pm.

Requirements

Min Requirements:

Min 2 years of proven experience as a QA within a contact center environment

Strong understanding of Excellent Customer Service

Matric

Attention to detail

Clear criminal record
