MSH Kenya seeks to recruit a highly-motivated and result-oriented individual as a Project Associate for a five-year program (2018-2024), funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

The Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Program provides pharmaceutical system strengthening assistance for sustained improvements in health system performance and to advance USAID's goals of preventing child and maternal deaths, controlling the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and combating infectious disease threats, as well as expanding essential health coverage.

Under the supervision of the Senior Technical Advisor, the Project Associate will provide administrative and logistical support to MTaPS project in Kenya.

S/he will be responsible for the smooth execution of county-based and continuing professional development related activities.

In addition, s/he will work closely with the MTaPS Senior Technical Advisor (STA), Technical Advisor, Country Project Director, Finance team, other technical staff and consultants to ensure adequate and timely support to their activities and that administrative processes are carried through to satisfactory completion.

The Project Associate will ensure that all administrative processes are compliant with MSH and USAID procurement and administrative procedures and guidelines.
