Malaria Consortium Programme Manager Jobs in South Sudan

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Programme Manager to lead our team in Juba, South Sudan.

The Programme Manager is the focal person responsible for ensuring delivery of Malaria Consortium’s BHI commitments in ESPH lot 5, 7 and HPF3 Lot 15.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for the technical assistance and monitoring of day-to-day programme activities including making regular visits to field locations and supervising the BHI programme Managers.

They will also represent the organisation at appropriate coordination forums.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Basic degree in Medicine, Master’s degree in project management, public health, or another related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public health project management with demonstrated experience managing large teams and multiple projects in sub-Saharan Africa, in resource limited contexts
  • Experience managing large scale projects with multiple teams and playing a significant role in managing the HR and logistics elements of these projects
  • Experience in budget management and monitoring expenditure
  • Experience writing high quality and detailed project reports
  • Experience in working in insecure places and managing security sensitive situations.
