Makupa Transit Shade CFS Security Manager Jobs in Kenya


Location: Mombasa

Main Responsibilities

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Manager to join our team covering Makupa Transit Shade CFS near Port of Mombasa and Boss Freight Terminal CFS in Mbaraki.
  • The success of this role will be the integration and partnership approach taken between the site Management teams
  • This role is demanding, challenging and varied and as Security is a 24 hour job, applicants will need to be flexible with working hours as evenings, nights and weekend work may be required.
  • The primary function of this role is to protect our customer consignments, company assets and maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff, customers and service providers / partners.

    In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you are able to demonstrate the following core skills and qualifications:

  • Previous Management experience
  • Sound Working knowledge of security systems. processes and equipment
  • Experienced in Security Risk Assessments and Procedure implementation
  • Experience in Intelligence / Information Handling
  • Degree/Diploma or relevant experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Understanding of Container Freight Stations, Customs controlled environments and related business
  • Valid Driving license
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word and Excel)
