Job Summary
The Deputy Head-Teacher at Ngong Road Campus supervises teaching staff, maintains discipline, and oversees various aspects of school operations to enhance teaching and learning, ensuring a high standard of education.

Key Qualifications & Experience Required

A Minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree (Early Childhood Education) from a recognized University

Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission

Minimum 7 years of teaching experience and continuous teaching experience in the field, minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Principal/Head of Department/Senior

Teacher or in a school leadership role. Strong understanding of the CBC Curriculum.

A team player with good command of written and spoken English Good knowledge of Childhood Development.

Creative and good teaching/reading abilities. Patient and hands-on with children.

Good intra and interpersonal skills.

Knowledgeable in modern pedagogy and demonstrable teaching practices.

Good planning and organization skills.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Possesses problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
