Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to win new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional bid teams to prepare and submit high-quality bids and tenders
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform bid strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Manage bid budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Effective operation/use of NIPEX, NCDMB, NUPRC, TAX Promax portals.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, tendering, or business development
  • Proven track record of winning bids and tenders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with bid management software and tools
