Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce/Business/International Business Administration degree from a recognized university.

Job Specification

Our Graduate Trainee Program is an initiative anchored on the Company’s Corporate Social Investment framework, and recognizes graduates who possess the right attitude and leadership capabilities from various disciplines.

While receiving on-the-job and formal training, the successful candidates work with managers and other employees in actual execution of assignments as they get prepared for higher responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

The following constitutes general and specific requirements to qualify for admission into the program:-

Must be a fresh graduate or those that have graduated within the last one year-period of the advert.

Ability to comprehend operational & managerial practices based on various theories and models

Must be 27 years of age or below

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
