Job Summary

Direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.

Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.

Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.

Implementing measures to avoid stock damages

Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.

Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.

Motivating employees to achieve targets.

Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Job Requirements

Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management, Management, business management, Hotel Management.

Work Experience

Work experience 2 years’ for diploma 1 years’ for Degree.

Technical and other skills

Knowledge of basic computer skill mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-initiator and working effectively with a minimum supervision.

Experienced in managing team.
