Job Requirements

Qualification

Degree in Accounting.

Work Experience:

5 Years relevant work experience, out of which 3 years at a department head Level. (Private company experience preferable)

Skills

knowledge of Ethiopian accounting, taxation and labor rules/regulation;

Relevant experience in Accounting, project budget management;

Experience using accounting software; (such as Peachtree, IFRS…etc.)

Experience Farm budget and costing

Experience in procurement procedures;

Highly motivated and able to work independently;

Strong interpersonal and communication skill;

Planning and prioritizing skills;

Willing to travel to farm site as per need and plan of the organization.

Ability to work in stress, and fast paced collaborative environment
