Lori Transport Procurement Associate Jobs in Nairobi Kenya

Responsibilities
  • Liaison with key external stakeholders (lawyers, banks, investors, governments, etc.) across a wide variety of situations involving the administrative and managerial functions of the business
  • Research and support execution on strategic projects alongside the Chief of Staff
  • Assist in Lori’s governance, risk management and compliance processes
  • Provide leadership, set policies and objectives for Lori’s administrative teams
  • Review CEO’s emails and help to provide timely responses or delegate to the right authority
  • Support the CEO on key logistics, general administration and proactive follow-ups

    Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience at a top consulting firm or program implementation in a high-growth environment
  • MBA, MS, JD or equivalent advanced degree
  • Hyper-focused on execution and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational planning, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and dispute resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking and project management with limited supervision
  • High level of accountability and work ethic
