The Role

Lori is seeking a highly motivated, smart and hands-on operator to join our product operations team.

You will play a crucial role in the build out of Lori’s global operation processes and their automation.

You will work at the intersection of our business operations and technology, to ensure we develop the right solutions for our stakeholders and deploy those solutions.

The successful candidate is a process driven doer who excels at change and project management and enjoys building.

Responsibilities

  • Define requirements and implement process improvements across the business
  • Own, execute and change-manage complex projects that touch technology, operations, finance and other business units at Lori
  • Drive process automation across the company
  • Use data and analytics to produce business insights and drive strategy
  • Work with product teams on product introductions, usability testing, and training program
  • Enforce adoption and compliance to processes to merge operations and new products
  • Develop partnerships to further the impact and reach of our tech operations
  • Draft requirements, project, presentation and training documentation to communicate processes and priorities to stakeholders

    Requirements
  • Proven analytical skills to understand
    metrics and build insights from data
  • Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results.
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent structured thinking and communication skills.
  • Success in developing, implementing and automating processes
  • 2-5 years of experience from a top tier firm in consulting, finance, or similar growth or product operations roles in a high-growth environment
  • Undergraduate degree from top tier university

    Preferred Experience
  • Experience in emerging market supply chain
  • Degree in STEM fields
  • MBA or equivalent
