The Project Officer will actively engage in donor relations, project cycle management, grant portfolio management, advocacy, and communications.

S/he is expected to work closely with project and communications support personnel in Rumbek, partner focal points, and with Mary Ward International affiliates internationally to achieve programmatic goals set forth at the beginning of each year and as approved by the Loreto Rumbek Board of Management.

The Program Officer is expected to acquire and manage a program portfolio of at least 1 million EUR each year - working with existing partners and developing new partnerships to achieve this goal.
