Long Distance Study Grants

I was awarded a scholarship to stud MA in Education and International Development-long distance and on-line through the London University. My sponsor pays for only tuition and the materials on-line. This means I have to be with a computer and fully connected with internet and other expenses for upkeep. Though I am working but I am not able to meet all these.
So can I get a grant of that kind?
