Job DescriptionLonAdd Consultancy Plc (LonAdd) is a Recruitment, Outsourcing, Training and HR Consulting Company based in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, with branch offices in Dukem and Hawassa and a sub-office in Jigjiga.
LonAdd is recruiting a highly qualified professional for Technical Advisor and Organizational Design Expert on behalf of Tourism Ethiopia Delivery Units.
This position plays a key role in supporting the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works strategy. In Ethiopia, Young Africa Works aims to see 10million young women and men in dignified and fulfilling work by 2030.
Proven expertise in organizational and program design, including strategy setting and business planning as well as defining operational models, governance mechanisms and financing structures.
Roles and responsibilities
Define Theories of Change for Tourism Ethiopia
Develop organizational strategy and implementation plans,
Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks for organization’s performance
Support inception, design, launch and operation or organizational development
Bring together capabilities to support business model design and help launch new products, services and initiatives
Job Requirements
Qualifications
8+ years of experience working in the Tourism sector.
Experience working in the public sector & ability to engage with a breadth of stakeholders across the public & private sector.
Academic background in the field of tourism and hospitality.
Good knowledge of the tourism policy agendas.
Strong management experience with ability to ensure delivery stays on track
A strong communication ability to instill change in organizational culture
A well-respected team leader that is able to set a clear vision, drive execution, and create an innovative team environment
Ability to engage and manage a breadth of stakeholders across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors
