Job DescriptionThe Receptionist will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and provide them with a positive first impression of the organization.
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls and take messages when necessary.
Monitor and manage the main reception email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to appropriate staff members.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as requested.
Assist with office administration tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, managing mail and courier deliveries, and organizing office events.
Provide administrative support to other departments and staff members as needed.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring that it reflects a professional image of the organization.
Comply with all office policies and procedures related to reception and administrative tasks.
Manage the front desk calendar and ensure that it is up to date and accurate.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Consistent, professional dress,
and manner.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
