Job Description
  • The IT Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of a company's electronic networks, and for leading the IT department in fulfilling the organization’s information systems requirements.
  • The position holder will focus on in-house computer networks and operations including responsibility for selecting appropriate IT solutions, updating internal servers, or looking at other electronic support systems that can improve productivity.

    Responsibilities
  • Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain the organization's IT systems to ensure high levels of availability, security, and performance.
  • Work with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for new systems and processes.
  • Manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Prepare and manage the IT budget, including capital and operating expenses.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

    Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills
  • Advanced Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience working in IT operations.
  • Experience leading
    and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
