Job Description

The Head, Executive Functions is responsible for providing executive support to the CEO in executing its executive function and managing interactions with other members of the C-Suite.

They work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure that the organization's operations run smoothly and effectively

Responsibilities

Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the overall strategy of the organization

Provide timely and accurate briefings, analysis, and recommendations to the CEO on critical issues and emerging trends

Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders

Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, including conducting research and analysis, preparing reports, and making recommendations

Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the CEO's office and other departments within the organization

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CEO's office and make recommendations for improvements as necessary

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the CEO's office

Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in executive support or a similar role.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication abilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving,

and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Comprehensive knowledge of operations & strategy implementation.

Demonstrated success in applying independent judgment.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Good understanding of the operational environment and the rules.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
