Lodge Assistant Description: Cheetah Paw Eco Lodge is a 4-star standard lodge located in Guernsey Private Nature Reserve, Hoedspruit, Limpopo. Our team is looking for an Lodge Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Assist the lodge manager with day to day operations of the lodge.
Manage bookings, Pricing, Invoice and Payment via Nightsbridge system.
Taking care of guests, solving problems, ensuring guests have a satisfactory stay.
Handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
Recording Lodge daily finances.
Monitor Invoices, payment dates, reminders.
Daily social Media posting (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Maintain regular contact with Tour Operators & Agents.
Ensure operation of equipments and technical maintenance are tended promptly.
Maintain supplies inventory.
Managing employees.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Lodge management. Capable of handling life in the bush.
Strong ability in problem solving and working independently.
Good at stress management and must be able to handle long working hours when needed.
Good people relation and social skills.
Strong Attention to details and admin work capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially written English.
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organizational and planning skills
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Valid South African driver's license. A PDP license is a plus.
Having your own vehicle.
Salary: Negotiable according to experience.
This is an in-house position. Food and Accommodation will be included in the package.
