LLM Scholarships

Hallo,
I have a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Nairobi. I want to pursue an LLM via distance learning. Are there scholarships for LLM programs via distance learning especially in international law?
Is it possible for me to get a scholarship to do my LLM at the University of Nairobi?
