LLM in Human Rights Law

I would like to enrol for a LLM Human Rights abroad. I would like to start the course September next year. What chance do I have to be considered and what is the procedure for applying? I hold a diploma in law, certificate in human rights law, a third year student pursuing an LLB and I have over 7 years work experience in the human rights field
