Reports to: Medical Director

Requirements

Masters Degree in Human Resource Management (or any other related field with additional qualification in Human Resource).

Membership in any recognized Human Resource professional body is an added advantage
Not less than 5 years working experience in Human resources 3 of which should have been at Senior Management level.

Proficiency in Microsoft office

Ability to think strategically
