Let African Universities Take More Responsibilies

I was just wandering where these young and potential AFRICANS are found. Hence, I found myself at the universities, of course African universities, that universities are the best place where potential people are found.

I think if these universities are going to take some additional responsibilities with what they are doing by letting these young and potential people know where and how to get scholarships, for sure they are doing something more better in addition to what they are doing.

Hence, let us start from ourselves, whom are working and studying at the universities, to post these tips of scholarships at the universities' boards.
