Legacy Apparel Virtual / Remote Customer Service Representative Jobs in Nigeria

Job Description

Project- Virtual Assistant Support. This task revolves around Calls, inbound, outbound & follow up. Also, lead management in social media and email marketing via Phone calls, Chats, and Emails.

Shift Timings:9 hours a day 5 days a week. 8am-5pm. Monday-Friday.

Project Tenure- Probation (1 Month), Project duration- 1 year (renewable)

Reporting structure- Daily. ( Mon-Sat)

Qualifications

OND, HND or Bachelor in any relevant field

Experience in CRM (Customer relationship management) preferable

Eloquent and good spoken English.

Minimum of 1 year work experience
