Job Specification

The duties and responsibilities at this level will entail assisting in: -

Ensuring vehicles are insured;

Managing office transport system.

Generating monthly / quarterly reports on service and maintenance of vehicles;

Raise requisitions for transport administration, insurance and maintenance of vehicles;

Arrange for fuel cards and report on the same;

Compile and analyze bills for transport and ensure bill settlement on time;

Ensure effective filling of documents and records management on performance of the section.

Generating reports on operations, maintenance and utilization of transport system.

Person Specification

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have/be -

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or any relevant field;

Proficiency in relevant computer applications;

Key Competencies and Skills

Strong negotiating, interpersonal and representational skills;

Analytical skills

Strong Communication and reporting skills

Mentoring, coaching and leadership skills

Counselling skills

Strategic thinking
