Job Specifications

Duties and responsibilities will entail;

Collection and collating of data for feasibility studies and designs for water and sanitation infrastructure;

Coordinating preparation of design as built and survey drawing for scanning, archiving and geo-referencing;

Overseeing the preparation and updating of drawing records;

Monitoring and evaluating of work plans and programs and

Coordinating and reviewing of specifications for works to be contracted out.

Person Specifications

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have/be: -

Higher Diploma in any of the following disciplines; Cartography, Building, and Civil Engineering Building with a minimum period of two (2) years relevant experience OR Diploma in Cartography, Building and Civil Engineering Building or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with a minimum period of four (4) years relevant work experience.

Certificated in Auto-CAD and other draughting computer applications;

Member of relevant Professional Body / Institution;

Proficiency in Computer applications.
