Job Description
  • This role is responsible for providing efficient analytical and executive administrative support to Senior Management.

    Summary of Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analyze data, reviewing trends, for market intelligent inference that can impact strategic focus and position the organization for competitive advantage.
  • Assist in carrying out root cause analysis and correcting quality related issues through collaboration with process owners.
  • Prepare insightful reports on research findings
  • Complete administrative and project work/research.
  • Accurately record minutes of meetings and distribute to relevant parties in a timely manner
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, pre-reading papers and rooms for meetings.

    Job Qualifications
  • First Degree in a relevant field with at least 3 - 5 years of proven experience providing executive support in a structured organization.
  • Certification / Training in Project Management or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.

    Core Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.
  • Sound judgement and critical thinking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suites
  • Research Data Analytics and Report Writing.

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
