Job Overview:At Lafab Solutions, we are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Assistant to provide crucial support in our recruiting and onboarding processes. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a vital role in scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly.
If you have prior experience in recruitment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we would be delighted to meet you. This role is full-time.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist the recruiting teams with essential clerical duties.
• Manage communications with potential candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a balanced calendar for both interviewers and candidates.
• Participate in initial applicant screening to help identify potential candidates.
• Prepare and meticulously proofread recruitment reports.
Other Responsibilities:• Collaborate in various hiring activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle clerical tasks, including email responses and drafting offer letters.
• Post job ads online to attract potential candidates.
• Assist in resume screening and initial phone screens.
• Schedule interviews and maintain organized calendars for hiring teams and candidates.
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to interviewees during onsite visits.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates who require fly-in interviews.
• Manage and update candidate database regularly.
• Handle records and paperwork efficiently.
• Resolve any issues promptly, such as interview cancellations.

Contribute to new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
Requirements and Skills:• Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in a related recruiting-oriented role.
• Familiarity with various hiring practices and stages, including screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruiting software and leveraging social networks for candidate search.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process.
• Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective interactions with candidates and internal teams.
• Problem-solving ability to tackle challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in HR, Business, or a relevant field.
