Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. As a Casual Retail Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a welcoming and organized retail environment. This position is perfect for individuals seeking flexible part-time work in a retail setting.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and promotions.

• Sales: Help customers make informed purchase decisions, upsell products, and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments accurately.

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and specifications to answer customer inquiries effectively.

• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.

• Visual Merchandising: Contribute to attractive store displays and ensure that products are neatly arranged.

• Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns and exchanges professionally and in accordance with company policies.

• Loss Prevention: Monitor and report any suspicious activities or theft incidents to management.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer experiences.

• Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and security.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Basic math skills and cash-handling experience preferred.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
