A day in the life of a Sales Trainee means:

Seeking and gathering data on SACCOs across Kenya

Giving potential customers a demo of our core banking platform

Creating market insights to help map out SACCOs in Kenya

Using and updating the company CRM

Taking ownership of SACCOs deals from introduction to signing

Improving the Sales department with your insights and experience

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

You are driven to use your sales experience in a fintech startup

You are eager to learn independently and with others

are autonomous in problem-solving and taking initiative

You deeply care about targets and numbers

You communicate excellently with all stakeholders, internal and external

Program overview

Two weeks of intensive sales training

Two weeks of pipeline building

Five months of execution

A review will take place one month before the end of your traineeship

Your traineeship stipend will be KES 20,000 per month

Your traineeship commission will be 15% of annual subscription revenue, which can go up to KES 60,000 per month

The company provides travel and airtime allowance

If you hit your targets by at least 70%, you will be offered a full-time role in our Sales Team
