KWAL HORECA Sales Representatives Jobs in Kenya

Reporting to the HORECA Manager, the job holder will be responsible managing and servicing existing outlets while prospecting and developing new accounts with a focus on building long term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue in the HORECA (High end Hotels, Restaurants, image bars, vibeys segment. The roles will be based in Coast and Nairobi regions.

Responsibilities

Short listing suitable candidates based on provided job description

Assist the Recruitment manager with scheduling and coordinating interviews

Conduct Reference checks

Understand all HR processes and continually seek opportunities for improvement.

Report writing and report generation

Requirements

Met all the minimum qualifications as per the role profile

A least three (3) years’ experience in sales specifically managing the HORECA segment i.e. High end Hotels, Restaurants, image bars, vibeys etc in a similar organization.

Very good relationship management skills.

Very good negotiation skills.

Hands on experience in managing Key Accounts in FCMG background.

Bachelor degree in business a business related course.

Membership in a professional body would be an added advantage.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail and experience with HORECAS preferably in a beverage environment.

Possession of a clean and valid driving license.

Practical experience in use of MS packages and ERP systems.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent Persuasion, negotiation

and influencing Skills.

Drive for results with no excuses.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision, under pressure and meet deadlines.

High levels of professionalism with internal and external customers.

High level of integrity.
