KUTRRH Motorcycle Rider - Jobs in Kenya
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide transportation services as needed to move parcels within and without the hospital.
Ensure that the motorcycle is well maintained and that it has all the required documentation and
papers, and accessories.
Verify the contents of inventory loads against delivery notes while being loaded and offloaded from the motorcycle within and without the hospital.
Ride the motorcycle to transport materials to and from specified destinations, as designated by the fleet supervisor of the hospital.
Report on any bike breakage or accidents.
Maintain records, such as motorcycle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations in the hospital.
Inspect and maintain the motorcycle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that motorcycle is in proper working condition.
Provide custody to hospital’s motorcycle and their load while outside of the hospital.
Report any mechanical problems and other faults to the fleet supervisor and forward them for repairs and maintenance by the maintenance unit of the hospital.
Perform minor repairs on hospital motorcycle such as changing tires or installing light bulbs, tire chains, or spark plugs.
Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to the transport supervisor for the appropriate action within and without the hospital
Minimum Qualifications
KCSE Certificate D+(plus)
Valid driving license class BCE minimum & F. Stamp
At least 2 years of experience as a company rider.
Good communication skills
Defensive driving skills
