KPMG Network Security Officer Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT security policies, guidelines, procedures and standards;
  • Plan, organize, direct and oversee all IT security related operations;
  • Recommend and implement security improvements; — Conducting regular security audits and preparing security status reports; — Educate users on IT Security;
  • Maintain the integrity & confidentiality of data and information systems by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Master's Degree preferred;
  • Relevant professional Information Security qualifications;
  • 4-6 years' experience in networking systems and/ or network security;
  • Deep knowledge of security best practices, network, systems and AD;
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in a financial sector is an added advantage.

    KPMG Network General Manager ICT Jobs in Kenya

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide vision and leadership over the IT department;
  • Ensure alignment with the organisation goals and objectives;
  • Implement an ICT Strategy, aligned to the business strategy;
  • Manage ICT policies, procedures, guidelines and standards;
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT team;
  • Responsible for IT Risk Er Security Management.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Master's Degree preferred;
  • 10 years working experience in a complex IT environment;
  • Proven experience on a similar managerial role;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinker; — Excellent managerial, decision making and stakeholder management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills across cultural and 'generational' divides;
  • Strong execution, ownership and accountability skills.

    KPMG Network Database Administrator ICT Jobs in Kenya

    Key Responsibilities

  • Manage database performance;
  • Develop, document and enforce database policies, procedures, standards and guidelines;
  • Install and manage databases for new applications;
  • Ensure database integrity and security;
  • Install and test new versions of DBMS; maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act;
  • Ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functioning properly.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology;
  • Relevant professional database qualifications;
  • 4-6 years' experience in database management, including MySQL and Oracle databases;
  • Knowledge of security best practices;
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in a financial sector is an added advantage.
