Korea Embassy Staff Jobs in Kenya


Introduction

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nairobi seeks a suitable qualified Kenyan staff in the office of political, consular & international organization affairs. Detailed information is as below:

Responsibilities

  • Drafting of relevant note verbales, leffers, reports and other official documents for the Embassy
  • Facilitating communication between the Embassy and govemment ministries, other international organizations
  • Researching and acquiring information requested by diplomats in regard to political, economic, social, cultural, environmental key issues and preparing reports for the same
  • Writing, editing and summarizing speeches for diplomats
  • Consular works in helping Korean nationals as may be required by the consul of the Embassy
  • Any other additional administrative work as may be required by the Embassy

    Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in social science / law / humanities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Minimum of 3 years continuous working experience in any reputable institution preferably govemment organization,
  • Other diplomatic mission or intemational organizations
  • Be computer literate (incl. MS word, Excel)

  • Copy of NSSF card and NHIF card (Preferably)
