Job Title:

Permitting & Development Control Officer

Duties and responsibilities

Reviewing for approval all site plan applications for
developments at Konza Technopolis.

Reviewing for approval all construction permit
applications for development at Konza Technopolis.

Supervising inspection to ensure compliance with
approved plans.

Overall Surveillance and monitoring of developments
and Konza Technopolis to ensure compliance with the
provisions of the Konza Masterplan.

Reviewing and issuance of occupation certificates for
fully compliant developments approved for Konza
Technopolis.

Person Specification

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -

Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil
Engineering, Urban Planning, Physical Planning or
relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and;

Proficiency in computer applications;

Good communication skills;

Meets the provisions of the Chapter Six of the
Constitution
