Reporting to the Call Centre Manager. The Verification Officer is responsible for providing an independent audit on all enrolments submitted, this pre-vet is to be conducted as outlined by the academic department. The Verifications Officer will audit all capturing done by the advisor on sale submissions and audit all debit order mandates. Theses verifications need to be tracked and maintained daily via the campaign sales tracker.

Educational Requirements:

Grade 12

Data capturing and administration.

Previous experience working in Administration
Excel proficient.

MS office proficient.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete all administrative audit duties.

Verify all sale enrolments.

Evaluate the quality adequacy of enrolments submitted.

Ensure all verified enrolments are uploaded to the correct academic vetting system.

Audit all CRM capturing done by an advisor on each sale call.

Audit every debit order mandate for each enrolment live with the advisor.

Provide daily feedback on debit order mandate success based on debit order reports.

Ensure any failed debit orders are recaptured by the advisors.

Maintain a sales tracker for all sales verified. Ensure the sales tracker matches what has been reported by the sales department.

Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.

Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.

Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Monitor risk management activities.
