  • To handle sales administrative tasks and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. Administrators provide a point of contact for customers with queries about course offerings.

    Educational Requirements:

  • Grade 12.

  • Diploma/Certification in office administration OR sales and Marketing will be an advantage.

  • 1-3 years in a similar role.

  • MS office proficient.

  • ICAS experience an advantage.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all clients and students.

  • Able to display and apply extensive product knowledge.

  • Able to display accurate and efficient use of ICAS system.

  • Able to liaise with students and to ensure all student queries are effectively dealt with.

  • General administration for sales department.
