The Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager is responsible for the managing all registration and accreditation tasks to the regulatory environment in Africa and the UK to ensure compliance.

The Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager is responsible for all administration required by the regulators in the African territories and for submission of registration and accreditation documentation. The portfolio requires liaising with Academic Operations Manager on updating all policy documents and curriculum developments, keeping abreast of changes in the regulation as it pertains to the Organisation in each country in Africa and the UK, and researching quality councils and their requirements for Organisation. Keeping the quality management systems updated and compliant is a key responsibility of the portfolio.

Educational Requirements:

Degree is essential – Hons will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role.

MS office proficient.

Exposure and experience in higher education.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the development and review of policy frameworks at eco-spaces.

Ensure compliance in factsheets, academic calendars, academic prospectuses, the review of programmes, policies, and procedures.

Develop and manage any improvement and monitoring process received at eco-spaces.

Ensure compliance in all marketing materials.

Registration and accreditation submissions to regulatory bodies in country.
