The high school administrators are responsible for the administrative tasks associated with the high school programmes that are offered at the campus. Aligned to policies and procedures, the high school administrator provides both administrative and functional support to the Programme Coordinator role within the high school department to ensure quality programme delivery and a quality student administrative service and experience.

Educational Requirements:

Grade 12

Post – School qualification advantageous.

At least 3 years’ experience in academic and programme administration.

Technical knowledge of integrated quality assurance administration to comply with regulatory body requirements.

Knowledge of NSC and ASC criteria and documentary evidence needed to show compliance.

Technical skills in use of ICAS student information systems/LMS applicable.

Organized administration systems and practices that adhere to policies and procedures.

MS office proficient.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Programme Materials, Textbooks, and resources

Ensure Tutors/Teachers and students have access to the academic calendar, fact sheets, academic planners, study schedules, booklists

Students have access to the student

portal

Monitoring of consumables.

Programme assessment administration.

Administering of subject lists for all assessments.

Tests and examinations.

Managing academic results statements and reports.

Tracking student success per programme per year.

Student administration and external liaison with department of education.

Student surveys and feedback perf Grade 10 – Grade 12 programme.

General Programme administrative tasks.

Quality control and adhoc.

Provide reports to management and assist with general tasks.
