Educational Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • At least 1 year experience within a supervisory role.

  • At Least 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment.

  • Computer proficiency: MS Outlook MS Word, MS Excel and internet explorer.

    Duties

  • To provide supportive and motivational environment for collections clerks to achieve their targets.

  • Supervision of collections Agents and ensuring direct reporting lines are trained and working efficiently.

  • Ensure productivity targets are achieved.

  • Staff supervision.

  • Manage the daily operations of agents including productivity and rand value.
