Educational Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent.
2-3 years administration experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
Coordinating the certification process for examinable and non – examinable courses.
Verifies that students have fulfilled requirements for course completion.
Check awards for discrepancies and that awards are accurately allocated.
Verifies that student accounts are paid up.
Prints awards with statement of results and congratulatory letter, as well as re-issues of results.
Ensure that details are accurately printed on the awards.
Seal and emboss awards.
Sends awards to relevant school heads for external parties for checking and signing.
Prepare awards for mailing.
Issues awards within 3 months of publication of exam results.
Awards filed that has been returned from post office due to unclaimed.
Assisting with ensuring adherence to certification.
Coordinating certification process of non-examinable courses.
Extract unprocessed awards reports from the system/receives awards request from the call centre department, branches or other stakeholders.
