  • The successful applicant will require the following qualifications, experience and competencies:

    Qualification:

  • Matric/Grade 12.

  • RE5 Certification.

  • Full FAIS Accreditation.

  • Call Centre Certificate (Advantageous).

    Experience:

  • 3 – 5 Years relevant experience

  • Sales operations

  • Call centre

  • Excellent telephonic skills

  • Management

  • Computer literacy.

  • Financial acumen.

  • Leading a team.

  • Service Oriented.

  • Excellent Initiative.

    Duties

  • Effective management of the call centre to ensure funeral policy targets and administrative standards are met, rules and regulations adhered to and staff managed and developed.

    Key result areas are as follows:

  • Ensure call centre meets/exceeds funeral policy targets

  • Management and development of staff according to Company and individual requirements

  • Manage adherence to relevant policy and procedure.

  • Contribute to and manage marketing initiatives at call centre level.

  • Compliance with rules and regulations (financial systems and personal conduct) at call centre.

  • Monitor calls to ensure that dialogue with customers meets the required standard.

  • Ensure well maintained/updated records.

  • Regular and accurate reporting on call centre results, performance and projections.

  • Maintaining and improving customer relationships.
