Job Description

  • Reporting to the HR and Admin Officer, this role involves maintaining vehicle compliance with regulations like Department of Transportation requirements and passenger safety laws

  • Managing company vehicles, coordinating maintenance and upgrading when necessary

  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip

  • Pick staff on time to and from requested destinations

  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage

  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions

  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed

  • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders

  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues

  • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.

    Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of an SSCE certificate.

  • Three years working experience in a similar role

    Desirable:

  • Experience as a motor mechanic is an added advantage.

  • Ability to communicate in English

  • Able to deliver effective results, and meet tight deadlines and targets.
