KOMAZA Talent Acquisition Manager Job Vacancies
ResponsibilitiesCreate systems and tools along recruitment pipeline to effectively and efficiently evaluate applicants for technical and cultural fit.
Develop recruiting strategies, networks and channels to source and attract the best candidates for each role.
Understand hiring needs of departments across the company, and work closely with Directors to fill capacity gaps.
Optimize use of JobVite application tracking system to efficiently manage workflows across the recruiting team and hiring managers.
Hire recruiting team and build capacity to implement recruiting systems across departments and levels.
Qualifications
6+ years of work experience, ideally with extensive experience building systems and recruiting at the junior, mid- and senior level for fast-growth startups in a developing country; MBA is preferred.
Proven experience working in high-performing teams, especially in dynamic, data-driven environments, tackling a diverse number of challenges.
Self-starter, highly-driven individual who will take ownership from the get-go and proactively look for opportunities for improvement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience or strong natural aptitude for developing compelling communication materials, and ability to tailor content and tone to diverse audiences and individual styles.

What You Will Do
Guide candidates through the recruiting process utilizing JobVite application tracking system
Communicate with candidates in a timely, professional manner
Screen CVs using role-specific criteria; make decisions to reject or proceed candidates
Screen pre-recorded videos; evaluate candidates based on role-specific criteria
Create one-page candidate briefs of short-listed candidates for Hiring Managers’ decision-making
Conduct initial phone screens to confirm
Assist Hiring Managers to use recruitment systems and tools
What You Should Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
2+ years of post-undergraduate experience; recruiting or HR experience useful but not required
Experience working in fast-paced, demanding professional environment of a fast-growth company

Komaza Fellowship- Research Specialist Job Vacancies
What you do:
Scour Google and leverage our professional networks to gather research and information literature reviews on technical topics
Design and conduct focus groups to deepen our understanding of our farmer partners and the communities in which we work
Design experiments to test assumptions and draw well-informed conclusions to make operational and strategic decisions
Explore innovative solutions to unique operational challenges through desk research and field pilots
The Fellowship provides
