Job Description

KMG-Ethiopia is an Ethiopian resident’s charity that works to improve the social and economic life of women, girls and marginalized groups through integrated development interventions linking economy, society and ecology.

Thus, the organization is inviting all interested professionals who satisfy the requirements for the following positions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Leads the project team in gender mainstreaming in activity planning and budget forecasting

Provides technical and coaching support to all the Woreda SA experts in the contract (
Design strategy to support Woreda experts for conducting gender analysis

Plans own activities in coordination with the SA project Coordinator and the M&E Officer

Supports the SA project coordinator with gender and social analysis of monthly Woreda SA expert reports

Participates in the M an E activities and periodic reporting

Terms of contract: One year with possible extension

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

BA in gender, social inclusion, sociology and related field

3 years field experience with gender and/or social inclusion

SA expertise is a bonus
