Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business management or any other relevant Degree.
Relevant HR Qualifications
At least 2 years relevant work experience
xperience in event management, preferably in an educational or community-based setting.
Experience in Health and Safety related fields, and ideally safeguarding
Skills and Competencies:
Alongside the skills mentioned earlier, the ideal candidate should demonstrate:
Creativity and innovation in event planning and execution.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Diplomacy and tact in dealing with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, and external vendors.
Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during events or in the realm of health and safety management.
Attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of events and safety protocols are meticulously planned and executed.
