Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to oversee the Kitchen management with a view to optimal resource utilization, hygiene and general operation :

  • Planning menus and following guidelines on nutrition and healthy diet for clients

  • Supervising cleanliness of catering facilities

  • Managing kitchen equipment’s

  • Supervising cooks and all kitchen staff

  • Coordinating food prepa bation) cooking, placement and delivery of food stuff

    Qualification

  • Must be a Kenyan Citizen

  • Have a minimum professional qualification of Diploma in catering and accommodation management, Food and Beverage or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

  • Atleast one (1) year relevant working

  • Valid certificate of health for food handlers

  • Previous experience in the field will be an added

  • Competence in computer applications
