LKinde Engineering Works Ltd, wish to recruit a competent individual to fill the position of Human Resource Manager.

The Human Resources Manager will be expected to provide leadership and technical support in HRM and specifically ensure the Company:

Has effective HR strategies, aligned to overall business strategy,

HR policy framework for effective management of the HR ,

Is fully compliant with relevant labour laws and other statutory regulations affecting HR.

Requirements:

Business degree from recognised University, member of IHRM and 2019 practising license,

Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in construction or engineering company at the same level
