Kinangop Dairy General Trade Supervisor Jobs in Kenya; The General Trade Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within the general trade sector. This role involves leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market expansion objectives.​

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
​

Team Leadership: Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. ​

Customer Relationship Management: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. ​

Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. ​

Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
​
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager,

consistently meeting or exceeding targets. ​
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. ​

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
